Subsidy Details
Farmers across the state will benefit from this solar agriculture pump scheme. Farmers will receive solar pumps at a 95% subsidy rate. The Pradhan Mantri Kusum Yojana aims to boost farmers’ income from agriculture. Farmers from the general category will receive a 90% subsidy, while those from scheduled castes or tribes will receive a 95% subsidy. The scheme aims to provide solar agricultural pumps to approximately one lakh farmers.
