The good news for nearly 12 lac farmers’ are benefitting from Kisan Credi Card (KCC), announced by the Uttar Pradesh government. The KCC will be issued soon by the government under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) system in which 2,43,000 recipients have applied and only 1,53,000 are benefitted from KCC and still, 90 Lac farmers are yet to receive.
Kisan Credit Card is the beneficiary locker way to help the farmers by providing them with the granted loans at very low rates for agricultural work. Getting a loan with the help of this card will be 2-4 percent cheaper, with the condition of repaying the loan on time. There is a wide connection between the PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi Scheme and Kisan Credit Card.
The KCC was implemented by keeping in mind to fulfill all the essential requirement of the farmers and providing with an advantage of short term loans, machinery purchase, even to ensure conditions in the fishery, farming, animal husbandry, etc.

The farmers are provided with Rs 6000 in financial assistance in a single financial year by Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The farmers of rural and urban areas are both eligible for the program Yojana. In Rs 2000 of the three installments balance can be disbursed in the plan.
Members of 60 years of age are provided with the facility of pension with an income-generating program.

Then you have to fill the form with the crop protection and landowner records.

The Kisan Credit Card is valid for 5 years. Also, the farmers can apply for the loans without a guarantee of Rs 11.6 lac which was previously been 1 Lac Rupees. Under the insurance on KCC loans, the notified crops and authorized areas are covered.
