Induction of Subsidy on Tractors and Horticultural Equipment Under the Scheme
- A Special Subsidy Scheme has been launched by the State Government for horticulture, where 40% to 50% subsidy is provided on tractors and other agricultural machinery.
- Farmers are entitled to a 40% subsidy for the purchase of agricultural machinery under the general category.
- Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Extremely Backward Classes (EBP) farmers can avail of a maximum subsidy of 50 %.
