The Jharkhand government with the involvement of Animal Husbandry and the Department of Agriculture has formulated a new practice and aims to increase the farmer’s productivity. Well, the state livestock owners and Farmers can avail themselves of the technical information through their phones related to animal husbandry and agriculture system.

This information will really help the farmers of the region. Also, to provide benefits to the Jharkhand farmers, call centers were established by the Animal Husbandry and Department Of Agriculture to boost the farmers’ productivity.
What Steps Are Taken?
The government is taking necessary steps related to several problems and finding solutions from state to center.
From the other sources, For three years, the Kisan Call Centres will be operated and functional on an experimental basis. Including the Kisan Call Centres operation, a web-based portal will also be produced for the Kisan Call Center. For this project, the Department Of Agriculture has issued a Request For Proposal (RFP).
There is a different hierarchy on the selection of the professional consultant for the call center. The professional consultant will be responsible for the grievance management system, survey, and helpline. Also, if any firm is interested in this project, can submit its proposal online on the due date of 15 December 2021.
