The new Global Leadership Team (GLT) of CNH (NYSE: CNH) has been given the authority to expedite and improve the delivery of the company’s strategic priorities for profitable, long-term growth in the agriculture sector worldwide. Within CNH, the Construction segment will function as a separate business unit with more autonomy.

The new GLT is organized in a simplified matrix and consists of leading industry practitioners and specialists from within CNH. Their extensive experience and deep industry and internal knowledge will help the company execute its strategy. These appointments are in force as of August 1. Every position answers to the CEO.
Heads of Segments:
· Gerrit Marx takes over as CEO of CNH, taking on the responsibilities of President, Agriculture in addition to his former position. Recently, Mr. Marx returned to CNH, taking Scott Wine’s place.
· The appointment of Humayun Chishti as President, Construction. Prior to joining CNH in 2002, Mr. Chishti served as the Finance Business Partner for the construction industry.
· Douglas MacLeod’s appointment as Financial Services President is confirmed. He has over 15 years of experience with CNH.
Heads of Regions:
The Region Heads oversee the financial performance and commercial execution of the Agriculture segment in their respective regions, working in tandem with the Presidents of Construction and Financial Services, who have specific responsibility for the profitability of their respective segments. Providing excellence in customer-centric business and strategic growth is their aim.
Vilmar Fistarol is formally named the President of North America.
Mr. Fistarol has worked for the company for more than 30 years. It has been confirmed that Carlo Alberto Sisto will lead EMEA. Joining CNH in 1998 was Mr. Sisto.
Rafael Miotto, who has over 20 years of experience with CNH, has been confirmed as President, Latin America.
India is not included in the recent selection of Luca Mainardi as President, Asia Pacific. Having worked for CNH for more than 20 years, Mr. Mainardi most recently held the positions of Head of Brand Management & Commercial Services in Asia Pacific and China Country Manager.
Narinder Mittal is named India’s new president. With this appointment, CNH’s iron and tech division acknowledges India’s growing strategic importance as a market, a hub for sourcing and manufacture, and the location of its engineering centers of excellence. Mr. Mittal joined CNH in 2016 and held the position of India Country Manager before to that.
Heads of Function:
· Stefano Pampalone is named Chief Commercial Officer for Agriculture, overseeing the segment’s aftermarket operations, brand, and commercial strategy globally. In his previous role as President of Construction, Mr. Pampalone oversaw the company’s recovery and achieved record-breaking profit increase in 2023. 1999 saw Mr. Pampalone join CNH.
· Oddone Incisa, who has worked for the company for more than 25 years, is officially the Chief Financial Officer.
· Chief Technology Officer Jay Schroeder is appointed. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Schroeder has held progressively responsible positions in R&D, most recently serving as Head of Agriculture Product Development at CNH.
·Chief Manufacturing Officer Carlos Santiago is named. In addition, he will take over management of the CNH Business System. Before returning to CNH in 2023, Mr. Santiago was in charge of quality and special projects. He spent over ten years supervising industrial operations for Daimler and Mercedes Benz, first in Brazil and later in North America. It is confirmed that Tom Verbaeten will serve as CSO. Since 1994, Mr. Verbaeten has worked with CNH.
· Chun Woytera leaves her position as President, Asia Pacific, to take on the roles of Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Quality & Customer Advocacy Officer. Ms. Woytera, a 1997 CNH employee, will continue to push for overall quality advancement in this newly created role, which is essential to customer success and future expansion.
· Kelly Manley has been officially announced as the Chief HR Officer. 2021 saw Ms. Manley join CNH.
· Roberto Russo, who has worked for the company for more than 35 years, is officially confirmed as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
