India’s tractor market recorded strong growth in February 2026. According to the latest industry data, a total of 89,418 tractors were sold during the month. In comparison, 65,579 tractors were sold in February 2025.

Escorts Kubota Limited registered impressive growth. The company sold 10,125 tractors in February 2026.

Its market share increased from 10.04% in February 2025 to 11.32% in February 2026. This improvement highlights growing demand for Escorts Kubota tractors among farmers.

TAFE Limited sold 8,892 tractors in February 2026. The company captured 9.94% market share during the month.

In February 2025, TAFE held a 10.03% share, showing that its position in the market remains largely stable.

John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. (Tractor Division) sold 6,673 tractors in February 2026. The company recorded a 7.46% market share.

However, this is slightly lower than its 7.71% market share in February 2025. Even so, John Deere continues to maintain a strong brand image among Indian farmers.

Eicher Tractors reported good sales during the month. The company sold 5,546 tractors in February 2026.

Its market share was 6.20%, which is almost similar to 6.24% in February 2025. This shows stable demand for Eicher tractors in many farming regions.

New Holland tractors, also reported growth. The company sold 4,158 tractors in February 2026.

Its market share increased from 4.10% in Feb. 2025 to 4.65% in Feb. 2026.

Tractor manufacturers grouped under “Others” sold 4,092 tractors in February 2026. Their market share declined to 4.58%, compared to 6.03% in February 2025.

This indicates that larger tractor companies are gaining a stronger position in the market.

Overall, India’s tractor market showed strong growth in Feb-2026. Total sales increased from 65,579 units in February 2025 to 89,418 units in February 2026.
