Sonalika has shared its Q1 and June 2024 tractor sales figures, offering insights into its performance for these periods.
In June 2024, Sonalika sold 14,062 tractors, achieving a year-over-year sales growth of 16.6%. The brand’s market share for the month also rose by 1.4 percentage points, the highest increase among all tractor brands.
Q1 FY 2025 Tractor Sales
With the conclusion of June 2024, Sonalika also wrapped up Q1 FY 2025, recording total sales of 41,465 units from April to June 2024. The company’s overall market share stood at 14.4%, demonstrating growth that was double the industry’s performance for Q1 FY 2025.
Mr. Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director of International Tractors Limited, expressed his delight over the company’s record-breaking performance, stating, “We are thrilled to report our best-ever Q1 performance in FY ’25, achieving unprecedented overall sales of 41,465 tractors and an estimated all-time high Q1 market share of 14.4%. This represents a remarkable doubling of growth compared to the industry standard. Our exceptional June 2024 domestic market performance, with 14,062 tractor sales, has driven a record sales growth of 16.6% and a market share increase of 1.4 percentage points, both the highest among all tractor brands.”
He further highlighted the positive impact of the early monsoon in India, which has significantly boosted the agricultural sector, with Kharif acreage increasing by over 30% in FY ’25.
