According to the recent report given by the Agriculture Minister, Narendra Singh Tomar, said at an event organized by the Asia Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association and NABARD, that the agriculture sector and farmers income would be doubled by certain steps taken by the government. The government will promote the agriculture sector by the reforms in laws that will bring revolutionary changes.

The government is focusing on the rural sectors, and strengthening India’s farming. During the meeting, the Minister also talked about the government that has always supported the farmers to boost farming, also several steps have been taken by the government to enhance the agriculture sector.
He also narrated about the PM Kisan Yojna under this scheme 10.75 crore farmers are benefited from the government transferred money of Rs1.15 Lac crore into the accounts of the farmers.
Also, he talked about the government that is planning to set up 10,000 farmer producer organisations (FPO) with an outlay of Rs 6,865 crore.
“Agriculture sector is being promoted through reforms in-laws. This is expected to bring revolutionary changes,” Tomar added.
He put an effort into saying that the government is making continuous efforts for the progress of India’s rural and agriculture sector.
