Swaraj Tractors Dealer Satisfaction Study 2026: Key Ratings
The study evaluated tractor dealerships using satisfaction and importance metrics. The scores were measured on a scale of 1,000 points. In addition, the research identified key strengths and areas where dealers expect more support.
- Key Positives Highlighted by Dealers: Product reliability, floor-funding support, and manufacturer customer-visit support received high ratings. Therefore, these areas stood out across tractor dealer networks.
- Primary Areas of Dealer Concern: Dealers highlighted the need for better margins and faster parts delivery. In addition, they called for improvements in warranty claim policies and training cost-sharing. They also highlighted trial-vehicle support and first-right-of-refusal norms.
Study Methodology & Sample Coverage
Data collection for the 2026 study took place during July and August 2026. Researchers used a self-administered web-based questionnaire. The survey was shared with both FADA members and non-member dealerships.
Overall, the survey gathered 2,045 valid dealer responses from across India. These responses covered seven automotive sectors. They included Two-Wheelers, Four-Wheeler Mass, Four-Wheeler Luxury, Commercial Vehicles, Three-Wheelers, Tractors, and Wheeled Construction Equipment.
Furthermore, analysts evaluated around 60 attributes. These attributes were grouped into six operational factors. Regression modeling was then used to understand how dealer policies affect overall satisfaction.
