According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there was unseasonal rain with strong winds in the Bhandara district. This unseasonal rain has put the cultivation of leafy vegetables including rice, wheat, and gram at risk. Farmers are upset due to unseasonal rains. Meanwhile, the District Disaster Management Officer has appealed to the citizens to take precautions as there is a possibility of lightning.

In this, 1235 hectares of horticulture have been damaged. 400 hectares of agricultural land have been damaged. A total of 3083 hectares of crops have been damaged in the taluk.
