New Holland, a brand under CNH, launched the “Saksham” program, which attempts to educate and empower underprivileged kids in rural areas. The National Skill Development Mission and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are two initiatives that have similar objectives.

The project, which is being carried out in cooperation with SEEDS, the Social Empowerment & Economic Development Society, aims to create a community of skilled and qualified automotive sales representatives for the automotive and agriculture sectors. In the states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Maharashtra, people who are at least eighteen years old and have completed at least the 12th grade are eligible to register for the program.

The initiative, which is being carried out in collaboration with SEEDS (Social Empowerment & Economic Development Society), aims to create a group of qualified and accredited automotive salespeople for the agriculture and automotive industries. Program enrollment is open to citizens of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Maharashtra who are at least eighteen years old and have completed the 12th grade as a minimum level of education.

The training encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities associated with the role of an Automotive Sales Assistant, including managing sales leads, delivering impactful sales presentations, enhancing communication skills, promoting teamwork, addressing client inquiries, and overseeing after-sales operations. Practical experience will be gained through hands-on training at our dealerships. The program kicked off with a Boot Camp providing theory, product, and soft skill training in Samalkha, Haryana, from February 6th to 8th, 2024. Subsequently, a three-month practical training program will be conducted at various dealerships.
