December 2022: Escorts Kubota Sales Report 18.7% increase in Sales

In comparison to sales of 4,695 tractors in December 2021, the Escorts Kubota Limited Agri Machinery segment sold 5,573 tractors in December 2022, an increase of 18.7%.

Escorts domestic tractor sales in December 2022 were at 4,979 tractors, showing a growth of 22.0% against sales of 4,080 tractors in December 2021. The reason for such sales volume is good Kharif procurement, rabi sowing and better water level in reservoirs.

Escorts Kubota Limited’s Agri Machinery division sold 5,573 tractors in December 2022, an increase of 18.7% over 4,695 tractors sold in the same month the previous year.

Sales of domestic escorts tractors reached 4,979 tractors in December 2022, an increase of 22.0% over sales of 4,080 tractors in the previous year. This sales amount is due to good rabi sowing, good Kharif procurement, and higher reservoir water levels.

Sales of escorts abroad decreased to 594 tractors in December 2022 from 615 tractors in December 2021.

The third quarter saw growth of 10.7%

In the third quarter of FY 22-23, from October to December, the company’s overall sales increased by 10.7%, according to the Escorts Kubota Tractor Report December 2022. In comparison to the 25325 tractors sold during the same period previous year, a total of 28025 tractors have been sold in the domestic and export markets during this time. In addition, the company has sold more tractors in the domestic market than it did during the same quarter last year, 26181 tractors as opposed to 23321.The corporation has also experienced a decrease in the export market. In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, a total of 1844 tractors were sold on the export market, as opposed to 2004 tractors sold in the same quarter last fiscal year. As a result, exports have decreased by 8%.
