Farmers will be given training: Aggarwal said that if spurious fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides are banned, then the income of the farmers will more than double. Therefore, the government has to strictly stop fake Agri inputs. He said that a research center is being set up in Palwal where training can be given to 100 farmers at a time. Aggarwal said that traditionally it takes 5 to 6 hours to spray in one acre of field. Whereas with the drone this work will be done in the same area within 7 minutes.
Spraying in one acre manually will take 150 liters of water. Whereas the drone will do the job in just 10 liters.
The estimated cost of spraying a drone on rent is Rs 400.
A good drone can be ready for the agriculture sector for 7 to 8 lakh rupees. Through which the deficiency of nutrients in the soil will also be known.
