Tailored training packages such as dexterity modules and on-the-job training equip women with the skills they need to succeed. Safety measures such as GPS-enabled transport, buddy systems, and women security guards create a safe and supportive environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4f117eb4cb74899a0782e04779e9f444\">Swaraj Tractors Sets Benchmark for Women\u2019s Inclusion in Manufacturing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-037b6c637c6b53be3f72858ba36eaa2e\">Swaraj has also addressed cultural concerns and encouraged <strong>women <\/strong>to consider manufacturing careers by engaging with local communities. <strong>Founding CEO Pooja Goyal<\/strong> of The Udaiti Foundation praised their efforts, saying, \u201cSwaraj&#8217;s journey graphically illustrates the frontier of investing your school in skills, infrastructure, and community involvement.
