The Honourable Judge passed orders on TAFE\u2019s applications after a detailed hearing, observing that <strong>TAFE<\/strong> had made out a \u2018prima facie\u2019 case and that the <strong>\u2018balance of convenience\u2019 <\/strong>was in favor of TAFE.
