For the past few days, there has been a big dispute between Mahavitaran and farmers. At present there are huge arrears with Mahavitaran. In this, the arrears of agricultural pump electricity consumers in Pune regional division are increasing day by day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to this, many schemes are being placed before the farmers by Mahavitaran. In this, the state government has prepared a new agricultural pump policy 2020 for recovery of arrears. Through this, a 30 percent discount on arrears will be given to customers who pay dues till March 31, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a great opportunity for farmers. Also the amount of delay and interest is being waived. Due to this, it has been appealed that the farmers should pay the money now. Director of Pune Regional Division (Mahavitaran) Ankush Nale gave information about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the end of December 2022, the arrears of agricultural pump electricity consumers in Mahavitran Pune Regional Division has reached 12 thousand 61 crores. From January 2021 to March 2022, a 50 percent discount was given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
