(SSP) Manure has great importance in Indian agriculture regarding quality. While the production of SSP fertilizers strengthens the Indian currency, the DAP Excessive use of (DAP) increases the cost of production. Not only this, SSP manure is full of all the nutrients, due to which it is called D.A.P. (DAP) and NPK are being seen as substitutes for fertilizers. In this series, now S.S.P. Emphasis is also being given to increase the production of (SSP) fertilizers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For which, for the first time, a workshop on SSP Industry – The Way Forward was organized at the India Habitat Center in Delhi in collaboration with the Fertilizer Association of India (FAI). Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers and Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya participated in it as the chief guest. Chemicals and Fertilizers Secretary (Fertilizers), Arun Singhal and Additional Secretary (Fertilizers) Neerja Adidam were specially present on the occasion. 76 SSP companies from all over India participated in this workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SSP industry focus on quality, government will give full help<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n On this occasion, Chemicals and Fertilizers Secretary (Fertilizers), Arun Singhal said in his address that the SSP industry should take full care of the quality. At present, the farmer is not in a position to take the risk. He trusts only once, so SSP industries have to be serious about the best quality, he said that if one industry makes a mistake, then the whole group has to bear the brunt, so it is very important that the SSP industry work unitedly on quality and win the trust of the farmers, in which the government is also considering to increase the subsidy of SSP in the coming times. He said that the SSP industry should also pay attention to innovation, so that the best products can be given to the farmers. He said that at present the production of SSP fertilizer is 53 lakh metric tonnes annually. It is the effort of the government that soon the production of SSP can be increased to 10 million metric tonnes annually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Appointment of nodal agency for central purchase of rock phosphate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In this workshop, Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya while addressing the industrial units said that it is necessary to ensure quality, quantity and timely supply of rock phosphate, the desired P2O5 material for SSP manufacturing., as per requirement It is very important to appoint a nodal agency for central procurement of rock phosphate.
