Our first <\/em>Tech Day <\/em>shows how we are Breaking New Ground in Agriculture <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CNH Industrial is making great strides in delivering on its Ag Tech roadmap. We  are demonstrating achieved progress in the Precision Technology space <\/strong>at a  two-day event for financial, investor and media communities. It took place in  Phoenix, Arizona, USA on December 7 and 8. It showcased how we are developing  and commercializing industry-leading products in automation, autonomy, digital,  alternative fuels and electrification to benefit our customers, the world\u2019s farmers,  and the Earth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur Tech Day will show the world how CNH Industrial is leveraging our great iron to develop and deploy technology that simplifies and enhances operations;  provides insightful data; and utilizes alternative power solutions \u2013 all to sustainably  advance farming<\/em>,\u201d says Scott W. Wine, Chief Executive Officer, CNH  Industrial<\/strong>. \u201cRaven\u2019s significant contributions to this effort will also be on full  display \u2013 demonstrating how we have incorporated their capabilities and  accelerated our technology offering to create customer solutions that drive  efficiency and profitability.<\/em>\u201d  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CNH Industrial\u2019s full year 2022 Agriculture net sales are expected to include an  estimated $900 million <\/strong>contribution coming exclusively from Precision Technology components. We forecast a 10 – 15% <\/strong>annual growth rate across the next two to  three years and are aggressively pursuing an estimated $1 billion <\/strong>in 2023 net  sales contribution from Precision Technology components. Precision Technology  components include technology contained in wholegoods, retrofit components, and  Raven third-party sales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Telling the story, showing the results <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The morning saw CNH Industrial\u2019s leaders and technical experts review our Ag Tech\u00a0 innovations with a specific focus on Precision Technology through Automation,\u00a0 Autonomy and Connected Platform technologies. Industry firsts and new\u00a0 technology developments <\/strong>\u2013 both at commercial and concept stage \u2013 was also\u00a0 presented. A discussion on the Business Impact of Ag Tech <\/strong>outlined how\u00a0 Precision Technology drives value for our customers, business, R&D and talent. In\u00a0 the field the technologies in action were \u2013 ready for farmers to put to work across\u00a0 the full farming cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In just over a year, we have already developed and brought cutting-edge firsts to the world\u2019s fields through our Brands. These include the industry\u2019s first autonomous spreader<\/strong>. And even more firsts will be launched at Tech Day \u2013 showing how together, we offer an open ecosystem that drives early adoption and learning.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternative fuels. Real world benefits <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The demand to reduce emissions and address the evolving energy crisis  intensifies our drive to find new ways to power our iron. CNH Industrial is a first  mover in alternative fuels and electrification for agriculture. This event will see us  unveil world firsts for Liquefied Natural Gas <\/strong>\u2013 generated from captured  Methane \u2013 and Electrification <\/strong>in farming. They play a key role in our  sustainability journey to set and reach science-based reduction targets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
