The three legislations are passed by the Parliament in September 2022. These are The Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020, Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, and The Essential Commodities(Amendment) Act, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The survey reports that new farm laws introduced with a new era of market freedom for the improvement of farmer’s welfare in India can go for a longer period of time. Agriculture minister <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The government is looking for the growth of an agricultural reform by taking several initiatives like farmers will be provided with easy credit facilities, around 10,000 farmers\u2019 producer organizations are created, fund of Rs 1 Lac crore has been adopted by the government for agriculture infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
